He is based at Grace Church in Long Beach California, I serve on the senior team as Leader of Missional Innovation. I also lead Dandelion, a coaching network for training and resourcing leaders, churches, networks and denominations in creating missional and naturally supernatural cultures, which will consistently produce disciple making disciples of Jesus.
Daniel Allen coachs and mentors risk-taking leaders and organizations, helping them grow as people and leaders; helping them lead healthier organizations and teams. Since 1981 Daniel has resourced the development of 1000+ leaders across the US and Canada. They’ve been leaders in non-profits and the corporate world; in startup and established businesses; on college and university campuses; in small churches and mega-churches. His new book, Summoned, released in January 2015, and was named to InterVarsity's "Top 40 Recommended Reads" of 2015.
Originally from South Africa, Dr. Adéle Booysen has spent more than 20 years working in a variety of ministry settings in worldwide. Adéle's doctoral research focused on vocational theology, particularly on the integration of faith, life and work. Through participating in Larry Crabb’s School of Spiritual Direction, Adéle became engrossed in the field of spiritual formation. In addition to teaching online courses for Bakke Graduate University, Adéle serves as a writer and editor on the REVEAL team. She now calls Belize home.
Bob Bouwer is the Senior Pastor of Faith Church in Dyer, Indiana. A pastor's kid, Bob grew up with a desire to see people connect to the God he had known his whole life. Bob has been using his gifts of vision and evangelism in pastoral ministry for more than 20 years. He and his wife, Laurie, have four adult children. An avid and loyal sports fan, Bob continues to root for his beloved Chicago Cubs.
Mark Buchanan has authored several books, the most recent being Your Church Is Too Safe: Why Following Christ Turns the World Upside-Down. A former pastor, Mark is now an associate professor of Pastoral Theology at Ambrose Seminary in Calgary, Alberta. He and his wife, Cheryl, along with their three children, live on the West Coast of Canada
Mindy Caliguire launched Soul Care to help people restore health to their souls. She consults and speaks with groups such as the Willow Creek Association, Renovaré and the Spiritual Formation Alliance. Mindy has authored several books on the topic of soul care, and co-authored a book on journaling with her husband, Jeff. The couple has three grown sons.
Jim Candy is a co-pastor of Ascent Community Church in Louisville, Colorado. Jim has more than 17 years of ministry experience and his M.Div. from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena. 10 of his 17 years were spent as a middle school ministry director at a church in Boulder, Colorado. Most recently, Jim was a pastor at Menlo Park Church in Silicon Valley overseeing family ministry. He has been married to his wife, Karin for 18 years and has two boys, Josh and Micah.
Harvey Carey is the Founder and Senior Pastor of the Citadel of Faith Covenant Church in Detroit, Michigan. He is a dynamic speaker whose global ministry continues to change lives with the transforming truth of God’s word. As a Youth Pastor in Chicago, Carey developed a nationally emulated youth ministry model that has reached thousands of teens in inner-cities across the nation.
Passionate about restoring the inner-city, Carey has partnered with several community organizations and nonprofits providing housing, social services and ministry to youth and children in the city of Detroit. His inspiring leadership and vision for urban renewal unites people across boundaries of race, age, class and culture. Carey, his wife, Nancy and daughter, Tiffany, reside in the heart of Detroit.
As the founding pastor of Oak Hills Church, Kent carries his passion to invite people to experience the reality of life in the Kingdom of God into every aspect of his life and ministry. In addition to being Co-Senior Pastor, he also serves at North American Baptist (NAB) Conference Headquarters as Vice President of Leadership Formation. He and his wife Diane have meen married since 1982. They have three children, Holly, Heidi, and Helena (or Laney) and two granddaughters.
A storyteller at heart, Michele Cushatt inspires audiences with the warmth of her transparency and presence. Michele’s speaking experience covers the United States and includes Compassion International, Women of Faith, Focus on the Family, Proverbs 31 She Speaks, Hearts-at-Home, women’s and writer’s conferences, business and church events as well as various radio, video and audio recording projects. Pulling from her unique life experiences, Michele published her first book in 2015, a memoir titled Undone: A Story of Making Peace With An Unexpected Life. Michele and the love of her life, Troy, live in Colorado with their six children, ages 8 to 23. She enjoys a good novel, a long run, sleeping in the sun, and a kitchen table filled with people.
April Diaz is passionate about developing and equipping leaders. She’s a life/sptiritual coach, speaker, writer, wife and mom. April has pastored at a local church for more than 20 years. She and her husband Brian have three children (two whom they adopted from Ethiopia.) They call Southern California home.
Dr. Gea Gort is a journalist, missiologist and author, passionate about mission, especially in the urban context. Having previously traveled the world with her family, serving on the Mercy Ships, Gea is happy to be back in her native country of the Netherlands. Her first book, God in the City, was published in 2012. Her latest book, Business as Mission: A Wake-Up Call for the Church, Work and Community is scheduled to be published in 2016.
Tyler Grissom lives in Colorado with his wife Julie and son Hank. He is currently the Director of Evangelism at Cherry Hills Community Church. Before moving to Colorado, he was the Director of Group Life for Axis, the 20-somethings ministry at Willow Creek Communtiy Church in South Barrington, Illinois. He has been in ministry for over ten years, and is a graduate of Bethel Seminary with a degree in Transformational Leadership.
Michael, his wife and three children live in Denver, Colorado. He is the Lead Pastor of Denver Community Church. Michael writes frequently for Relevant Magazine, and is the author of, Unlost: Being Found by the One We Are Looking For and Changing Faith: Questions, Doubts and Choices About the Unchanging God.
In 2003—while serving as a missionary in Taipei, Taiwan—Canadian Albert Hung received a call from the Lord to pastoral ministry. This was a huge shift after Albert had spent several years in the entertainment business as a stage director, actor, composer, recording artist, and television host. Albert now serves as the lead pastor at Trinity Church of the Nazarene, a multi-site, multi-ethnic church serving the English, Spanish, Chinese, and Filipino communities east of Los Angeles, California. Albert speaks frequently on the topics of preaching, cross-cultural ministry, leadership development, and the future of the church. He is married to Christine, and the couple has four children.
Survivor of human trafficking, Jenni Jessen, knows firsthand the depths of trauma a body can endure. Thirteen years of sexual exploitation did not leave her defeated. She is a wife, a mama and a broken girl saved by grace. Jenni is creator of Priceless Cube, a tool being used in 40 countries to prevent human trafficking. She and her husband live in SE Asia where they founded Compass 31, to fight human trafficking. Together they provide foster care to teenage mothers and babies rescued from the sex trade. Their foster family includes 6 different people groups, a dog, a cat and a set of lovebirds named Jack and Diane.
Dr. Bob Logan has worked in full-time ministry for over thirty years as a church planter, pastor, missions leader, consultant, and ministry coach. He is internationally recognized as an authority in church planting, church growth and leadership development. Bob’s current areas of focus are coaching, speaking, and developing leaders in missional, incarnational contexts.
Larissa Marks is a spiritual director, ministry planter, writer, and Pastor of Spiritual Formation at Bluewater Mission Church in Honolulu, Hawaii. Her mission in life is to know God, and help others know God. She is the creator of Spiritual Journey, an online resource that guides people further in their spiritual growth and relationship with God. Along with her husband, Steve, she directs Bonfire, a ministry planting movement based in Honolulu. Living in Boston, MA, Ryan enjoys his work building a digital platform to empower followers of Jesus to grow and help others grow. Judson Poling is currently President of Cambia Resources, LLC a consulting and team development firm. He is a freelance writer and life-coach, and spent 29 years on the staff of Willow Creek Community Church doing a variety of roles including volunteer leadership development and authoring innovative growth resources. He is also the founding Board Chairman of The Crucible Project, a non profit transformational retreat ministry for men with chapters in the United States and Australia.
Judson also is an author. Most recently, he co-authored the study guides for Fight: Winning the Battles that Matter Most with Craig Groeschel and The Making of a Man: How Men and Boys Honor God and Live with Integrity with Heisman trophy winner Tim Brown. He has two (now adult) children, Anna and Ryan and two grandsons Max and Jack. He and his wife Deb have been married since 1978.
Lenchen Raeside is the Founder and President of the Board of Directors at Cedar Rapid Gives. Cedar Rapids Gives is an all volunteer non-profit organization endeavoring to assist and protect those exploited by abuse with particular concern for, but not limited to, those involved in the human sex trafficking industry.
Steve Saccone is the Executive Pastor at Awakening Church in San Jose, California. He spent 8 years serving on staff at Mosaic in Los Angeles , where he founded and led the Protégé Program, a two year leadership development program for church planters, social entrepreneurs and ministry leaders, as well as served as Teaching Pastor and Campus Pastor. He is passionate about leadership development, spiritual transformation, the missional church and overall human development. In addition, Steve is the author of several books including a Leadership Network title, Relational Intelligence, as well as Protégé: Developing the Next Generation of Church Leaders. He’s married to Cheri, and father of two boys, Hudson and Holden. He’s a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan, and a consumer of all things containing peanut butter and chocolate, or fish tacos.
Matt Smay is currently an enterprise sales lead at Gloo. He is a writer, coach, and consultant specializing in engineering missional movement. He enjoys coaching church planters, developing training systems, and helping existing congregations move deeper into mission. Along with starting two churches, he spent 10 years as a co-founder of Missio, a non-profit training organization and Missio Publishing, a company focused on developing resources for churches. Matt has authored, The Tangible Kingdom, The Tangible Kingdom Primer, and the book AND: The Gathered and Scattered Church . Matt lives in the Denver area with his wife Maren and two daughters.
Craig Springer is the Teaching Pastor at Cherry Hills Community Church <chcc.org> in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, and he loves communicating in ways that help people authentically connect with the heart of God. Prior to his move to Colorado, Craig served as a Campus Pastor for Chicago’s Willow Creek Community Church, and he and his wife, Sarah, were church planters in Prague, Czech Republic.
Michelle Tolentino is the founder and director of MADE IN HOPE, a ministry that empowers exploited women and children with choices. Michelle travels the world to create awareness around the realities of human trafficking. She especially loves challenging millennials to turn their eyes off themselves and serve God and the world around them.
